The following matters are approved for submission to the shareholders for approval at the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: (1) The allocation for reserve under Section 116 of the Public Limited Company Act B.E. 2535 in the amount of Baht 205,013,549; and (2) Payment of an additional dividend of Baht 0.25 per share for year 2009 to all eligible shareholders whose names appear in the register of shareholders on the Record Date and the dividend payment date be May 26, 2010. Note: The individual shareholders will not be able to claim a tax credit under Section 47 bis of the Revenue Code with respect to this dividend because the net profit from which this dividend is paid has been completely offset by a net loss carried forward from prior accounting periods not exceeding 5 years for corporate income tax purposes. 2.
