BSRC Achieved The First 5-Star “Excellent” Rating in Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies

Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) has been recognized with the highest 5-star “Excellent” rating in the 2024 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR), demonstrated its commitment to transparency and exemplary governance aligned with ESG principles.

The CGR assessment, issued by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand, was officially announced on October 28, 2024. The assessment was based on publicly disclosed information, including the Annual Registration Statement/ Annual Report (Form 56-1 One Report) submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand, shareholder meeting invitations and minutes, other information published on BSRC’s website and other communication channels from January 1 to September 30, 2024.
